Whilst serving in the Royal Air Force for over 27 years, and playing sport at a high level, I received a fantastic amount of care from the Physiotherapists. This inspired me to focus on a new career when I left the RAF. I retrained as a Soft Tissue Therapist, receiving a level 5 diploma in Soft Tissue & Remedial Therapy.
Whilst working in my clinic, I have worked hard to develop new skills and continued to improve the services available to my patients.
As a keen Triathlete and runner who regularly competes in Ironman events. I understand the need to provide the most up to date and relevant Therapy, to ensure that the body and mind are in the best condition. Whether you are a C25K or a marathon runner, it is important to be in the best shape possible to allow you to achieve your sporting goals.
The main aim of my work in the clinic is to give the best care and advice to patients for their normal day to day life. I have a special interest in Rehabilitation & Posture Realignment, this type of treatment has a positive effect for all, keeping you fit and healthy to carry on with your daily life.

I qualified as a Level 5 Clinical Sport and Remedial Massage Therapist in 2014.
I specialise in providing therapeutic massage that promote relaxation and aid rehabilitation. I incorporate aromatherapy to enhance your experience, ensuring a holistic approach to your treatment.
I use Tai Chi style exercise to help with flexibility and lymphatic drainage, which can support all ages.
I have a particular interest in golf and although I'm still learning the game, I can see how my approach to therapy could help golfers, other sports and different lifestyles.
